Just the final test were done of our last KR800-MAX. The machine will leave our facility next week, heading middle east. The maximum output of the machine reached more than 1.300 kg/hr. We produced pipes DN/ID1065mm (42"), SN8, 1 bar inside pressure, including socket and spigot; PE100 with an inspection friendly coextruded PE100 inner surface. The heart of the line was a Krauss-Maffei single screw estruder 125x36D. The extrusion time was only 22min. A complete report will be publihsed in our online-magazin "Improfil" next week.
