At the beginning of the year, we launched our Fresh Start Series with our partners FuturU ! Firstly, we continued to support clients with helping them on early bookings to ensure a smooth, stress-free year and keep organised. Then, over the last four weeks, we've been supporting clients beyond staffing, offering helpful tips and resources for care leaders. On top of this, our partners at FuturU are running a free five-week Care Leaders Boot Camp to help you level up your leadership skills.

We've released two thought provoking episodes of #VoicesofCare this month.

Jac, a young man who loves to try new things, is always up for an adrenaline-fueled challenge. Whether it’s?skiing, surfing, or zip lining, Jac enjoys activities that push his limits, with his mum ensuring everything is safe and tailored just for him. After spending three years at Star College, Jac is now back at home, but he’s missing his college friends and is looking forward to joining day services in 2025 to try even more exciting activities. With a great sense of humour and a passion for football, especially Cardiff City FC and Chelsea, Jac is bringing his infectious energy to the slopes!
