The MUSE Photography Awards, hosted by the International Awards Associate (IAA), is excited to present Sushilla Kouwen as a Gold Winner in the Category Black&White Portrait and Fine Art Photography. "I'm very honored with these awards. Both pictures are self portraits. The picture Quaintrelle already gave me the title Woman photographer of the year 2023?at the?Julia Margaret Cameron Awards. For me it's a special picture because it represents the freedom to express myself as woman photographer, knowing that it's not easy for all women in this world to pursue her passion.

Throughout the year, MUSE is proud to receive over 4,000 submissions from more than 50 countries, coming in from the United States, Germany, Japan, Italy, United Kingdom, Spain, Switzerland, and France, among many others. Sushilla Kouwen has reflected a showcase of outstanding photographic styles, contributing to their win.
