A great article today about how design thinking can easily be applied to our personal lives - not just for product design and as a corporate strategy.

I am reminded that design thinking, though it's not a self-help or pop psychology tool, it's a practice and a methodology for managing and coping with change and solving problems for ourselves. "We are all capable of reinvention,” says Dr. Roth, a founder of the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford and author of the book, “The Achievement Habit.” It can be used as a way to get unstuck in our lives.
