New Year's Resolutions you can fulfill right now: Support civil discourse and civic dialogue in our region!

This is usually the time many of us think about what our New Year's Resolutions will be.? Seattle CityClub has a few in mind for 2024.? Join us and?help fulfill them with just a few clicks.

Increase voter access to our state leadership:

• 2024 will bring a significant change to statewide leadership. We are kicking off the year with our annual Legislative Preview.? The luncheon?will be at the Columbia Tower Club on Friday, January 5th at 12pm. This is an opportunity to interpersonally connect?and gain insight to the issues and priorities this legislative season. Registration?closes today, so I hope you can attend!
• Via our Washington State Debate Coalition, we are also working with civically minded organizations and media outlets across Washington to convene debates for Governor, Attorney General, and U.S. Senate after the Primary elections.?

Create a greater sense of belonging:

• Seattle CityClub strives to create safe spaces for civic engagement and civil discourse for individuals, teams, and organizations alike.? In reintroducing Seattle CityClub memberships, we aim to make this as easy as possible!? Becoming a member gives you access to all of our Civic Cocktail events for the year without paying extra, as well as providing discounts to our other programming. We have created?low introductory membership rates for 2024, so take advantage before it goes away

Become a greater community resource in Seattle and across the region:

• We will continue making our events accessible by making our programs and digital content available online and on-demand, to be an evergreen community resource that is free and shareable.
• We need the community's help in underwriting media and production costs that will keep our programming free or low cost to community members. Support Seattle CityClub with a monthly gift of any amount.? You will see a return on your investment throughout the?year.
