New Year's Resolutions ... Don't get caught up in the resolutions!

We often get caught up in New Year's Resolutions thinking we have to change everything about ourselves in order to be better, healthier, fitter ... Wouldn't it be nice to start this year by reflecting back to 2016 and acknowledge the things we did that were a success? Reflect on your 2016's successes. What made those achievements successful? Who helped you be successful?
Try something different this year. Instead of coming up with a New Year's resolution, often unrealistic and unsustainable, think about building on previous successes. Start the year off with a success that is already in motion.
