This December, we had the privilege of collaborating with two esteemed organizations, Randstad and Marsh McLennan, to promote inclusion and empowerment. Dhanya Ravi delivered a motivational speaking session at Randstad, focusing on inclusivity, while sharing her inspiring journey, followed by an engaging panel discussion. Meanwhile in Gurgaon and Mumbai, Marsh McLennan invited our speakers, Preeti Monga and Virali Modi, to share their inspiring journeys with their teams. The event focused on this year's IDPD theme: "Amplifying the leadership of persons with disabilities for an inclusive and sustainable future." The audience was in awe of their journey and the remarkable strength they've shown in overcoming life's challenges.

Earlier this December, Atypical Advantage & Taylor & Francis joined forces for a vibrant live art event that celebrated the "Power of Us." Renowned artist Shreekant Dubey's live painting session sparked creativity, while Taylor & Francis employees painted their hearts on canvas. As colors blended and creativity flowed, the room pulsed with energy, creating unforgettable memories. A testament to art, community, and collaboration, this event proved that together, we can create something truly remarkable!

As we bid adieu to 2024, we're taking a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we've shared. From executing events for thousands of people, to achieving 100% placements for students with disabilities at IIMs to the countless moments of connection and community, this year has been remarkable.
