New Year, New start

Wouldn't you just love to be in an industry where when you came back in January, you would have a clean slate, a whole new start
When I find what industry that applies to I am going to get retrained!!
For us, in training, we pick up where we left off, if we were waiting for an inspection at the end of last year, chances are we are still waiting.
I was talking to a manager working in the sector, who just wished they would make the announcement and come, now!?
However, they have been working on improving their impact for some time and can clearly see the improvements made and have tested the impact
So they really do feel ready and happy to show Ofsted what they are doing
However this is not the case for every training provider, sometimes a manager is struggling to get the owner or CEO to see the true situation and the changes that need to be made.
As I say often, sometimes a CEO is like the Queen and always smells fresh paint and bleach
It’s not that anyone is lying when they report that the sector is fine and will meet all targets.
They have been told that they will!
What? about using this new year to put into place plans that will enable you to really know the impact of your training and put into place improvements, so that when that Ofsted call comes you know your impact, your improvements, and your timescale
