New Year: The school metaphor

We go to school to learn, develop and sometimes we play to keep our body and mind fit. Most of the people whether successful or not so successful cherish their school days as their golden days with few exceptions. Same goes with me, why?

In a school there are

1)   Teachers

2)   Students

3)   Facilitator

We have theoretical classes and some point we did projects and practical experimentation. We memorized a lot more things; we tried to understand so many things here and there. There were periodical exams, holidays, study tours, events.  And the most important of all we were looking for different things in every year. We learned changing gears in every class we studied.

In summary, we can take life-long schooling as an approach to be happy and successful. We should play the role of a teacher, student or facilitator. We can continue learning and experimentation, in this process we make friends. We can change roles, we can change our syllabus, most importantly we must upgrade it year on year.

So what will be your syllabus for 2017? Give a thought on it. Take note as you took at schools, do homework.

New Year may not be a new year if you don’t UPGRADE.
