New Year Resolutions successfully broken ??

We’re also chasing our resolution of helping 1000 business owners. So, in 52 weeks, we’ll try to solve 52 pain points that any business owner would be facing.


The pain point for today?


Converting website visitors into customers.


Check the Insta handle of any brand you know - if they had that many customers, they’d have become the richest company in the world. Right?

And yes, we get it - not all visitors convert to paying customers.


And the ratio depends on different industries & it might vary from 1% to 99% conversions also.

But, here’s the catch. For visitors to convert, they don’t need offers or benefits.


All they need is a NUDGE. Now, what’s a Nudge you ask? Think of a scenario when you landed on a website to shop for your favorite t-shirt.


You checked maybe 20-30 designs and found one to be good. Now, you might search for another to get an offer…

Or you might try to find a coupon to get a discount…

Or you might just get bored & hop on to something else…


That’s when you send a nudge to your visitor - triggering them to buy. But, what are the possible scenarios when we can send the nudge?

  1. When someone tries to leave your website
  2. When someone has spent 30 secs on your page
  3. When someone has added a product to the cart & tries to leave
  4. When somebody scrolls the page till the Mariana trench
  5. When someone lands on your product page


We call these nudges conversion triggers .

And you’ll find different brands trying to solve this problem in different ways.

We’ll just add an extra layer to it - automate the second half of the process. If they order - send them confirmation notifications

If they have a product in their cart - send them reminders

If there’s an offer - broadcast it to the entire population on the earth

If they have any query - let the chatbots resolve whatever happens, don’t let the visitor bounce off.
