New Year, New Reputation?
As we enter the new year, from all of us at CERIPH , we hope it’s a healthy and prosperous one for you. Traditionally, the turn of the year brings new resolutions, revitalised fitness regimes and increasingly ‘dry Januarys’. How are your new plans holding up? For this month's edition, we share some contentious views on working patterns, an update on some new client work for Ceriph and the views of our associate Tom Crawford on the need to change the narrative when it comes to DEI in the wake of political pressures, particularly in the US. We hope you enjoy the read, and look forward to a year of opportunity for us all.
Ceriph x Seaco - Speak Freely
Recently Ceriph supported Seaco to launch their 2025 Global Employee Engagement Survey. The 'Speak Freely' campaign encouraged employees to respond to the survey openly and honestly, evidencing the confidential nature of all responses and that suggestions are acted on. Mixing clear communications with fun origami and paper plane desk drops, the campaign was a success with a response rate of?92%.
Inclusive leadership development
Tom Crawford 's perspective on diversity and inclusion offers a refreshing take, reminding us all to put being honest, humble and respectful at the heart of our conversations.
Ceriph x Roku - Boston 2025
With a wind chill taking the temperature to -17, the Ceriph team ventured to the East Coast armed with enough layers to tackle Everest. Thankfully, the trip was an inspirational one, and triggered plenty of ideas that will support the expansion of Roku . We're looking forward to continuing our partnership with the team, and helping to deliver the best possible candidate experience throughout 2025.

These words from St. JOHN founders Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver give 10 rules for starting—and running—a restaurant. The manifesto series from WeTransfer is beautifully crafted. See what you think, and if you're inspired to open a restaurant - can we have an invite?
