New year, new promotions: Creative Guild promotes four internally, with continued growth heading into 2023

Exciting news to share from the Creative Guild team: four of our ?’s have been promoted and will be taking on exciting new roles as we continue to grow and evolve in 2023.?

Lily Quynh-Thu Thai has been promoted to Senior Designer having played a critical role on a number of major projects for Creative Guild for almost two years. She brings extensive design knowledge and a unique style that’s invaluable to our team and clients. She’s also passionate about photography and has done some amazing work we’re looking forward to seeing more of in 2023. Her positivity, perspective and ideas have helped elevate our team’s work and we’re excited for her to be a big part of our continued growth. Congrats Lily!?

Jasmine Sutherland has been promoted to Senior Designer after more than two years of contributing ideas, designs and leadership to client projects, along with internal and marketing initiatives. She brings 5+ years of experience in branding, design and art direction to the team. On top of being a talented designer, she’s played a proactive role in supporting the creative leadership team by bringing new ideas forward to help grow and evolve the agency and the Creative Guild brand. Her collaboration, leadership and ideas have had a significant impact on the team and we’re looking forward to having Jasmine to contribute to our growth moving forward. Congrats Jasmine!?

Amy Arnold has been promoted to Strategy Director. Amy brings her tactical planning and attention to detail to our client projects, ensuring we're set up for success. She first joined Creative Guild 5 years ago as Web Developer, moving into Program Management where she help grow and evolve a key part of our business. Amy has been an integral part of the Creative Guild team and will continue to lead us to greater heights as we continue to take on new and exciting work.

Ihab Jawhary is taking on a new role as Innovation Lead, moving on from his previous role as full stack developer. For almost two years, Ihab's helped our team maintain existing platforms, develop new features for web applications, and improve the functionality and user-friendliness for our software services. In his new role, Ihab will focus on identifying new trends, testing and implementing new tech stacks, and ensuring we stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in tech and digital. We're excited to have Ihab help improve our efficiency and productivity, integrate innovation with our overall business strategy, and lead Creative Guild and our partners towards future growth.
