As we kick off the new year, our hearts go out to the communities in California impacted by the recent devastating wildfires. Brian Gainor and I were fortunate enough to visit West Hollywood just a few weeks ago, and we absolutely loved our time exploring this gorgeous area of the country. It's heartbreaking to see such stunning landscapes affected by this disaster. We encourage everyone to support relief efforts in any way they can, and the Red Cross website is a great resource for finding ways to help.

I'm excited for what 2025 holds for Pickleball in the Sun ! As I enter my sixth year of marketing in this dynamic space, I'm constantly amazed by the sport's evolution and the passion of its growing community.

From meeting Mama Kelce on the Smirnoff SMASH Pickleball series, played pickleball with celebrities, officially became a registered trademark, and explored amazing pickleball destinations across the country! Ponte Vedra News Line: Get to Know Laura Gainor

It was an honor for the Ponte Vedra News Line to feature our family in their monthly "Get to Know" feature in the January issue. We love our Ponte Vedra community, and it was an absolute honor for Tiffany Merlo Phelps to reach out to me last month for this interview. Sadly, I learned on the same day the feature was published that Tiffany passed away on January 1st. She was an incredible asset to our community, so heavily involved, and we were all fortunate to have her sharing so many incredible stories. I absolutely loved our conversation, and reading her words now means the world to me. I only wish I had been able to thank her in person for this beautiful story.
