10 things that gave us JOY in 2022!
2022 was a huge year for JOP, not only for our business but for our customers who chose us as their business growth partners! We could not be more excited for 2023. But before we jump into the new year, let’s look at the most memorable moments of this year and see what we achieved together.
- We started the year off with a bang and launched our second version of the JOP web application with a completely overhauled UI and UX. This UI has since become one of our most appreciated features!
- As we continue to grow and serve a broader range of industries, we have expanded our customer base to 5 more new industries! Successfully onboarded more than 600 new users to our list of valuable customers.
- To give our customers the option of executing strategy on the go, we released the JOP mobile app for iOS and Android.
- We made significant efforts to enhance the functionality and versatility of our product by integrating it with Google Sheets and Slack.
- We know how important the Voice module has been for our customers. It now comes with ready-to-use survey templates that companies have been pushing out to their teams for important culture insights.
- We are honored to have been awarded multiple badges by G2.com for our hard work and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- More customers meant we needed more hands to help us continue offering the best experience to our customers. We welcomed new members to take our team size to a strong 15 – including a new VP of Growth!
- This year was huge in terms of partnerships for us. We partnered with 5 business coaches, who significantly contributed to this year's success! We hosted a series of webinars with 2 of them, attracting audiences ranging from 70 to 230 participants.
