New Year, Mission Not Complete.

"New Year, Mission Not Complete." I titled this article this because every new year you hear "New Year New Me". Nothing wrong with that thought process you have to start somewhere. So I pose the question if you already started on a journey the year before what's the mantra for that? This journey can be weight loss, new career, going back to school or about to graduate, moving to a new place or state, leaving a bad relationship, spiritual rebirth, if you're an athlete finishing the season as a champion. Which ever one of these applies to you what's that mantra you need to hear for that extra boost of energy to Get After It and Dominate! I got you covered. "NEW YEAR, MISSION NOT COMPLETE!"

What ever you been doing to this point, do little bit more. Weight loss: Do one more set of reps, New Career: Spend and extra 30 minutes researching Careers, Going back to school: Go to the school and speak to someone, About to Graduate: Check with your Advisor once a week make sure you have everything done to Graduate, Moving to a new place or state: Go visit the place or state to make sure this is where you should be(Always Ask God first), Leaving a bad relationship: Have that uncomfortable conversation unless your life is in danger then by any means do what you need to do to leave, Spiritual rebirth: Spend time in your word and with God weekly, Athlete finishing a season: Talk with you're teammates to make sure the Championship is everyone's goal.

To do something incredible is going to take an incredible effort from you to make it a reality. I'm from Tha D(Detroit,Michigan) born and raised and our Detroit Lions just lost their chance to make the city's 1st Super Bowl last night. Our new Coach Dan Campbell was on the 2008 Team that went 0-16. He came here with an idea and culture of "ALL GRIT" that a lot of people thought he was crazy, but the players ALL BOUGHT IN and this team achieved Wins, Division Title, Playoff Wins, and for a half Dominated number 1 Seed San Francisco 49ers to where they all looked shook on what to do. They lost but the world has taken notice that Coach Campbell or "Coach Gamble" as some in Detroit call him for going for it on 4th downs, did something incredible to change the culture and mindset of the Fan Base. No one could have predicted in 3 years what he would achieved but I bet he would tell you this is just the starting point of what will come. I read what our Leader on Defense Aidan Hutchinson response after the loss, He believes and for the City to still Believe "NEW YEAR, MISSION NOT COMPLETE!"

As a Journalist I Write & Publish monthly Articles for my LinkedIn Newsletter Middle Ground with JLE with 444 Subscribers. As a Speaker I have Spoken at 1)A Virtual Education Summit 2) In person at Gospel Cafe. As an CEO I have 3 Companies: 1) JLE STUDIOS INCORPORATED "The Brand You Know & Trust" 2) Middle Ground with JLE L.L.C. 3) Rebel Force Entertainment L.L.C.. 2024 will be an Amazing Year For You! It's up to You! How bad do you want to make everything your working towards a Reality? Answering this question for yourself will determine how much "SWEAT EQUITY" your willing to give and it requires every drop you have to spare to make the Impossible, Possible. I was taught years ago, there are 3 types of People: The One That Lets Things Happen, The One The Watches Things Happen and The One Who Makes Things Happen. So who are you? Your Purpose, Goals, whatever your working towards is not going to Manifest themselves, "NEW YEAR, MISSION NOT COMPLETE". GET TO WORK & DOMINATE!!
