Dear Community,
As we stand on the threshold of a brand-new year, I extend my heartfelt wishes to each and every one of you for a splendid and fulfilling 2024 filled with joy and prosperity.
?It’s part of human nature to constantly seek the next challenge, often overlooking the chance to savor our achievements. The dawn of a new year is not merely about setting new goals; it’s also a time to reflect on the milestones reached, the hurdles overcome, and the growth achieved through our collective dedication.
?Therefore, before diving into uncharted waters and igniting our motivation for the days ahead, let me take a moment to reminisce about the past year.
A Decade of AnswerModules
2023 has certainly been a year full of significant moments and milestones, foremost among them the 10-year anniversary of AnswerModules' incorporation. Like every ending marks a new genesis, the 2023 edition of AnswerModules User Group inaugurated our new A-logos, encapsulating the essence of our identity.
And speaking of AMUG, such a special edition for us could only take place in the eternal city, Rome. I would like to sincerely thank each and every one of the speakers who generously shared their expertise and insights during their lightning talks. A heartfelt thanks also goes out to every participant who honored us with their presence over the two-day event and joined us in the celebration of 10 years of AnswerModules.
AnswerModules around the world
This has been a remarkable year also for the various OpenText events we joined: Rotterdam, London, Paris, in North America with the Dallas and Atlanta Forums, all the way to the Sydney Summit - you could say that we didn't miss a single OpenText event!
To end this world trip, we could have never missed OpenText World, the annual gathering in Las Vegas to get valuable insight into the latest OpenText products, strengthen current relationships and enjoy some networking. Of course, we look forward to the next edition in November 2024!

?And precisely during this last OpenText World, we proudly received the OpenText Solution Extension Partner of the Year Award - the fourth recognition in the last five years - for delivering enhancing solutions that bring added value to our customers.
?We thank OpenText again for this prestigious recognition!
2023 Product Updates: A Year in Review
Each passing year brings research and hard work to improve Module Suite and make our Module Suiters increasingly satisfied with their choice as well as eager to apply the solution to new scenarios and use-cases.
Among the pivotal themes our R&D team has focused on, there’s definitely the very recent additional features introduced for the Extended ECM for Engineering solution, integral parts of Module Suite (...they're not a separate SKU!).
Much has been done in the AI field too: with the Aviator products, AI is becoming a reality within the OpenText ecosystem. And thanks to Module Suite's ability to integrate into any system or application, we’ve managed to work on integration with LLM services in order to support the daily activities of business users and developers.
Our affiliate company, AnswerConsulting, was no exception in terms of 2023 changes, becoming an official Salesforce consulting partner. With a dedicated team of experts, our customers can now benefit from the combined expertise of Extended ECM, Module Suite and Salesforce's cutting-edge solutions.
Last but not least, our AnswerModules Academy Portal has been enhanced and updated with additional courses, and, most importantly, with the Module Suite Certification Exam. This exam is designed to evaluate both practical skills and theoretical understanding of Module Suite as to become a certified expert!
We are more than ready for the new adventures that will shape 2024, always setting the goal of genuinely doing our best, working with enthusiasm, passion, and transparency.
