New Year, New Life!

Those who truly know me will not be surprised by this text, because they know that it’s something that goes with me all times, especially reflection moments!

Writing helps me organize ideas, clear my mind and get the messages I want! I'm not even less talkative because of that! ??

Who doesn't know me, and here in this network, I think I never made myself known in the first person, get a little bit of me now!

This was a year full of challenges! For everyone without exception.

For those who were well, for those who were fighting to get better! For those who stayed in their comfort zone, and for those who took chances!

It was a year of learning! And the consolidation that the most important are really people! There's no use fighting a system that doesn't want to change! But it’s worth trying to always do better! Do your best! Don't lower your arms! Get with the right people!

From a certain point in my life, not so long ago, although it seems like a life, for everything that came after, I decided to grow up! To risk! Do more! And what fun it gave me to do more! To grow up! Get out of my comfort zone! I try to apply everything I've learned in my big school of work that was inevitably @salsa. It was 12 years of my life and whoever is there or passed by, knows what I'm talking about! ??

Since that time, believing I could make a difference! Help organizations grow! To reorganize themselves! Thinking outside the bubble! Organizing the house! Leave a clear path for the future! For new projects! This future, now present, with all these somersaults, will improve!!

This year hurt us all! And I was no exception!

I'm entering in 2021 without plans! But full of convictions that the start-up will bring new opportunities and that this New Year will be better than 2020. And that, whoever has value, who battles, who does not lower their arms, will always have space and time! And that, there are still organizations led by people who believe, outside of the paper, that is the people who really make a difference. And bet on them!

If you are a businessman, this year has been a whirlwind of emotions and decisions for you too. If you're holding on, don’t give up now! It will get better!

If you couldn't resist this avalanche, believe! Rest, but don't give up!! 2021 will bring new challenges, new opportunities! And when the storm eases, you will, in your time, put your pieces together and get back up!

You, who have a stable job and have been lucky for your company to be able to insure during this so difficult year… be thankful! Be thankful, doing the best you can for the company that did the best for you!

And finally, to you, who like me, risked everything, in a year like this! In a year that has taken so many turns! You that are now open to what is coming, believe! It will come!

The world belongs to the daring, the resilient, and of course, those who are lucky. That luck, that takes a lot of work!

To everyone, without exception, I leave a message of Strength and Hope!
