Import External Kubernetes Cluster

This feature supports three different import management options:

1. Read-Only Cluster Import:? Monitor and view cluster status and information from centralised dashboards
2. Host Cluster Only Import:? Import a cluster as a host cluster for virtual clusters only
3. Fully Managed Cluster Import:? Import clusters that allow users to enable services in them like observability, application backup, and AI troubleshooting to name a few
