New feature: Activity Audit

In business environments with high volumes of documents and activities, having tools that enable you to track and understand every change is essential for efficient and secure management. That’s why we’re excited to launch the Activity Audit, a feature exclusively available to account administrators, included in all service plans.

With this functionality, you can:

• Monitor every time a user logs into the account.
• Identify when users are invited or removed.
• Track role assignments and changes.
• View the creation, deletion, or publication of processes.

And this is just the beginning! Soon, Activity Audit will expand to include insights on integrations and document changes, offering even greater traceability and control.
