New Year and New Faces at Go Direct...

Happy New Year! We thought we would start the year off on a positive note and share all the exciting developments within Go Direct, so here goes….

We haven’t made an official announcement before but as many of you know we are very proud that Go Direct is back to being privately owned by Ali & Aidy. The demise of the YM Group in 2022 was a tricky time and we are very grateful to all our amazing clients, partners and suppliers who were totally understanding of our situation and supported us through the whole debacle. We came through it stronger than ever and are delighted to be settled in our lovely new offices in Harrogate. We hope that you will all be able to visit us at some point during 2023 and we look forward to welcoming you …… tea and coffee is always available and the beer fridge is fully stocked again!!

?As we enter 2023 we’re delighted to reveal new faces, as well as a new look and feel for Go Direct….

?We are really pleased to announce that as of 1st January, Anna Wilson joined us as a Non-Executive Director. Anna brings with her a wealth of experience from both client and agency side and we are all looking forward to working together to drive growth for our clients. Anna is very well known and respected within the ecommerce and retail industry and she will be working with us as we expand our services and proposition over the coming months and years.

?We are also very grateful to the existing Go Direct team - Chris, Lindsey, Natalie, Aaron and Carole who have helped hold the fort and have kept everything running smoothly during this transitional period – we’d like to personally thank you all but further special thanks must go to Chris who has gone above and beyond to make sure deadlines have been met and it has been business as usual.

?The last few months have also seen two more new faces at Go Direct. In September we welcomed Jess Stevenson as an Account Executive and in October Jo Speight as Data Services Manager. We look forward to welcoming more team members as we expand further over the coming years.

?This fresh start has also given us the opportunity to give our logo and branding a new look after a decade of green and black! Our new logo and strapline is below – we hope you like it!

Our core values remain the same and as always we are here to assist by advising, helping, answering questions, offering benchmarking, interrogating data, planning, consulting, offering strategy and of course listening, so please get in touch if you would like to discuss anything.
