New Year, Diversio's Greatest Hits of 2024, & Upcoming 2025 Events

Can you believe this is our last newsletter for 2024 ??? Thank you to all those who have kept up with The Changemaking Times at any point of this year. We hope our newsletter has made people and culture more accessible, had an impact on your workplace, and effectively kept you up to date with what’s going on at Diversio.

This week we’ll be reflecting on Diversio, seeing our biggest hits, biggest product updates, and upcoming events.

Diversio’s Greatest Hits of 2024!

This year was massive for us! One of our biggest changes was acquiring CCDI Consulting Inc., now Diversio EDU, about 8 months ago! Through this acquisition, we expanded our catalogue of offerings to create an end-to-end solution enabling leaders to drive meaningful change. Through measuring inclusion, developing an action plan rooted in data, and consulting and training services to improve your workplace culture, Diversio is with you every step of the way on your journey to a more inclusive workplace.

A few months after the acquisition of CCDI Consulting, we officially released our updated catalogue of 35+ trainings available at Diversio. Covering varying topics like unconscious bias, respect in the workplace, understanding privilege, and so much more.?

In September, we hosted our annual Changemakers Summit! We had DEI experts, HR professionals, and business leaders from around the globe in attendance; some joining our panels to offer their experiences. It was a blast to see so many amazing faces gather for critical topics like career progression, inclusivity, AI, data-driven engagement, and mental health. Stay tuned for next year!

Earlier this month, we released Lumi ?, an AI-powered assistant on the Diversio platform to ensure a more inclusive hiring process for organizations. Lumi was designed to help organizations meet diversity hiring goals, enhance brand perception, strengthen employer reputation, and improve ROI and compliance through better automation and responsiveness. From streamlining the creation and optimization of job ads to attracting candidates from more diverse backgrounds, Lumi drives meaningful transformation in recruitment processes and beyond.

Upcoming Events

You may be surprised to hear this but we already have events planned for the new year! On January 16th, 2025, join us for a first look at Diversio’s product roadmap for 2025. Featuring Anya Klimbovskaia, Co-founder and COO of Diversio, and Daniel Fellows, General Manager of UK & EU, join for an engaging conversation about what’s on the horizon for HR, talent attraction, and workplace culture.?

There’s much more we could include for this year but I’ll leave it at that! We’ve made huge progress in our mission to make workplaces more inclusive around the globe, and I’m excited to see where we will be this time next year. We hope you’ll stick along for the journey ??
