It’s a new year and we’d like to welcome some new clients to the JQLaCorte marketing machine and tell you all a little bit about them and how they fit in with the way we do business and our expertise.

SAFHarbor Fund

SAFHarbor/SAFStor is an asset manager that invests in ground-up self-storage developments around the country. Some of the impressive strategic elements that continue to drive demand in this sector are the concurrent demographic trends of boomer downsizing and younger people living in apartments, plus the desirability of the new, fifth generation designs of the moder storage facility.

These folks only develop for the top-tier operators in the space, meaning each development has a skilled and stable operator ready to take ownership.

SAFHarbor works with us to target RIAs and Family Offices, one of our market specialties, and was referred by an asset manager that is an existing client of ours.

OptEngage

This pre-launch, fintech startup has an impressive enterprise productivity-booster for RIAs and wealth advisors. Since the company is pre-launch, we can’t say too much more, but we can share the company also has an impressive pedigree, a pre-proven concept, and is in the POC stage.

OptEngage is working with us to get positioned to target larger advisory firms once they launch. While we typically work with established firms, the company’s value proposition is quite compelling and provides a solution to challenges common throughout the advisory industry. Our expertise in reaching their target market means we can help them and their engineering-like approach to their business makes this a great fit.

Three Points Insurance Design

Three Points was another referral by an existing client. Their value proposition includes the expertise to design sophisticated life insurance solutions (cases) that allow agents and agencies to solve the often-unique insurance, estate, and wealth-preservation requirements of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families.

We’ve worked with Three Points to establish their brand as carrier-agnostic, well experienced designers that can help their clients quickly close more lucrative opportunities. We also worked with them late in 2024 to re-brand and prepare for the launch of their now-live subscription service that extends their expertise into their target markets.

Policy Administration Solutions

PAS was a fintech before anyone even coined the term, providing a complete suite of modular software solutions for insurance companies and general agencies. PAS, which has a long history of success based on ‘traditional’ marketing methods, came to us to explore how digital marketing can help them access the market segments they just weren’t reaching and to leverage their brand-building.

We love all our clients, and we really liked these folks from the start. They also have a linear, engineering approach (not unexpectedly), so we communicated well with each other beginning with the first zoom call.

All the firms mentioned here fit firmly in the financial services space. One aspect typical of our clients is a rather no-nonsense, results-driven approach to their business – which transcends rather quickly into who they choose to work with and how they work with them. This is right up our alley, as you know, because we are serious businesspeople as well as marketers. Our entire team and our agency partners bring the full range of marketing solutions to the table for our clients, but it is the personality and belief system of JQLaCorte, as well as our small-shop to Fortune 50 prior experience, that allows us to work so well with those who entrust us to help with their marketing.
