Thank you for all the folks that have wished me well on my Anniversary of 26 years.  Wow I look back and it seems like only yesterday.   My company is still going strong and that  is a lot to do with all the wonderful people I have met and worked with through the years.  I look forward to continue working. It is the first of the year and we are setting on large amounts of funds to purchase with cash.  Please submit your deals to [email protected] We are buying Nation wide REO's , NPN's and PN.  We can buy small packages or if you have direct access to Large portfolio's we will buy those as well and we can set up tranche orders as well. Oh and did I mentioned we can close fast!   So lets make this year the best year yet!!
