New Year, Beautiful Me!
??? ???? ????? ?? ?? ?? ???,
??? ?? ???? ???, ????? ???? ??? ?
This translates as: we should use language that others enjoy listening to, bringing them peace of mind while also making ourselves happy and content. Isn’t that what we are all seeking in today’s world – a peaceful and joyful mind amidst the digital chaos and hustle culture?
Namaste,
How are you doing? Did you have a peaceful sleep last night?
Do you recall the last time you spent a moment with yourself, sipping tea, enjoying music, smiling, and realizing how blissful life can be??
Today, we exist on the internet and dine on social media. We generate more content than we consume. We worry about things beyond our control. Do you ever feel like – where are we all headed?
?
Today’s letter is not going to be about anything specific but about each one of us. You, you, Me – all of us. A bit simple, a bit personal, a bit of life and love.

The year 2023 is drawing to a close, and soon we'll step into a new year with resolutions that often last no longer than a week. How do you want to actually see yourself in the coming years? Don't search for resolution ideas on the internet. Think through by yourself.
?
You want to try a new hobby? Take care of your skin? Get a regular and healthy diet and sleep? Get in touch with older friends? Want to take your parents out for dinner? Start writing a journal? Want to propose to someone? Want to get married? Want to take care of your mental health?
?
We often make highlights of the year by the end of the year. We have a fresh year ahead to create beautiful memories – do things we can be proud of, do things we can be happy about and do things we love.
?
I am planning to be kinder to myself – not punish myself for things beyond my control – to forgive myself – perhaps, to love myself a bit more.
Some recommendations for the Christmas season:
Klaus: Known as an all-time go-to Christmas movie for a reason.
Little Three Birds by Bob Marley: Don’t worry about a thing, every little thing is going to be all right!
I wish all of you a Merry Christmas, everyone. May you have an even more lovely, happier, and kinder New Year. Thank you so much for being a part of this journey so far.
I'll see you in the coming year.
Until then, take care of yourself and those around you.
