New Year and another new team member to introduce you to..meet Paige.

20-18 was an amazing year for us all at Perfectly Placed and we were excited to welcome Paige to our team before the year finished. Please welcome Paige Biondo, Paige has joined the team as a Recruitment Consultant who will be part of our store based recruiters who work with our clients across the country.

When did you join the Perfectly Placed team?

I joined the Perfectly Placed team in mid-November 2018.

What were you doing before you started your recruitment journey?

Prior to starting in recruitment I worked in the retail industry for 7 years, starting as a Casual and working myself up to a Store Manager. For the past 3 years I worked at Tarocash one of Australia’s biggest men’s wear retailers in a variety of locations. 

What do you enjoy the most about being a Recruiter?

Joining the recruitment industry has given me the passion to understand and deliver individuals needs on both a candidate and client perspective. Placing the right candidates with the perfect client and having an in put to business succession on a small scale! I also love building relationships with candidates and the fast paced environment. 

When you are not at Perfectly Placed, how do you spend your time?

I enjoy going out to new restaurants and trying new foods as I would consider myself a bit of a foodie! As well as hanging out with my friends and family. 

What's one thing you're excited about that's coming up this year?

I am excited about excelling my career at Perfectly Placed and watching my closest friend getting married.
