We hope you are healthy and doing well (It's getting cold here in Denmark).

Today, we are excited to announce our new Whole Amplicon Sequencing service.

Easier submission requirements

It is now super easy to have your amplicons sequenced:

• Run your PCR reaction on an electrophoresis gel to confirm a strong band at your expected amplicon size.
• Send us your PCR reaction as stated in our submission guide.?No dilutionand?no purification?is necessary.?
• We accept amplicons between?0.7kb and 10kb?in size submitted in?≥ 5 uLvolume. The price is?115 DKK/15.4 EUR + VAT per sample?
• Note: Around 15 bp will be missing on both ends of the amplicon assembly (similar to Sanger sequencing).

You will receive the same results files as you are used to from our Whole Plasmid Sequencing service:

• Impurity score
• FASTA
• Annotated Genbank?
• Amplicon assembly map?
• Quality pdf & csv file
• Read length plot
