?? New Weekly Series Alert! "Cultivating Intelligence: Lessons from the Garden" ??

Hello, LinkedIn community!

I am thrilled to announce the launch of a new weekly series that will explore the fascinating comparison between gardening and the practice of market and competitive intelligence. Over the next ten weeks, I'll be sharing insights and lessons drawn from my own experiences tending to my garden, which often involves chasing after my mischievous dog Spencer. Inspired by the wisdom found in Jesper Martell's book, Gardens of Intelligence. Jesper, who is the CEO of the incredible company I have the privilege to work for, has deeply influenced my understanding of how nurturing intelligence can lead to strategic growth and success.

Why Gardening?

Gardening is a process that requires patience, care, and a deep understanding of the environment—much like cultivating market and competitive intelligence. From planting the initial seeds of knowledge to harvesting actionable insights, the journey is both challenging and rewarding. In each post, I will draw comparisons between gardening tasks and intelligence practices, providing practical tips and strategies you can apply to your own work.

What to Expect

Here’s a sneak peek at some of the topics we’ll cover:

Part 1: Planting the Seeds of Knowledge ??

Part 2: Preparing the Soil: The Foundation for Success ??

Part 3: Nurturing Growth: Climate and Care ??

Part 4: Soil Amendments: Boosting Your Garden's Potential ??

Part 5: Harvesting the Fruits: Gathering and Analyzing Results ??

Part 6: Continuous Improvement: Fertilizing for Future Growth ??

Part 7: The Power of Community and Collaboration: Growing Together ??

Part 8: Monitoring and Maintaining: The Ongoing Care of Your Garden and Business ??

Part 10: Preparing for the Next Season: Planning for Sustainable Growth ??

My Personal Touch

And of course, what better way to illustrate these lessons than with a few snapshots from my own garden? ???? Yes, this series is also a fun excuse to show off pictures of my beloved garden, where every plant and flower represents the growth of knowledge and the beauty of well-cultivated insights.

Join the Journey

I invite you to join me on this journey of discovery and growth. Each week, I'll share a new post delving into one of these topics, providing practical insights and strategies to help you cultivate your own intelligence garden. Stay tuned for the first post in the series coming this Tuesday!

Let’s grow together—both in our gardens and in our professional lives.

Happy gardening and happy learning!
