New Ways of Seeing at your Team Offsite

My team and I decided to have our planning offsite in Philadelphia at the Barnes Foundation. It's one of the most beautiful collections of late impressionist and early post-impressionist art, with dozens and dozens of some of the best works by Cezanne, Matisse, Picasso and Van Gogh.

Offsites are meant to take us outside of our day-to-day work environments and help us see things with new eyes, and connect better with our colleagues and strengthen our relationships. Great art and the meditative frame of mind a good museum experience puts you in are an excellent way to bond and connect as a team and find new ways of seeing things.

I volunteer my time as an advisor to the Barnes Foundation and would love to help you put you in touch with the right people if you are interested in visiting as a team. In any case, it's worth a day trip to Philly and the restaurant is great too!

Or you should try to, at least. It's impossible to be inauthentic and funny at the same time.
