We are pleased to inform you that we have extended our manufacturer's warranty to provide you with an even more worry-free experience with our luminaires. As of now, a uniform 5-year warranty applies to all products, for both indoor and outdoor applications. This warranty extension is our commitment to continue manufacturing first in class linear lighting solution - built-to-last.

Our decision to standardize the warranty for both product categories is directly linked to our pursuit of durability. By using high-quality materials and cutting-edge technologies, we ensure that our luminaires are long lasting, standing the test of time and maintaining their performance even under challenging environmental conditions.

The durability of our luminaires not only benefits our valued customers but is also of significant importance for the environment. It contributes significantly to reducing our ecological footprint, making a crucial contribution to a more sustainable future. By providing products with longer lifetime and therefore requiring fewer replacements, we reduce the need for raw materials and energy in the production of new luminaires. This effect leads to a lower environmental impact and a responsible approach to our natural resources.

This positive impact is underscored by success stories from projects implemented over the years. The former E-Pod in Marina Bay, Singapore (now Fullerton Pavilion with Monti Restaurant), and a staircase lighting installation in the Dutch city of Rotterdam are shining examples of our quality and reliability engagement. Fullerton Pavilion, Marina Bay, Singapore

The Fullerton Pavilion in Marina Bay, Singapore, is an architectural masterpiece built on a floating platform, consisting of two interlocking hemispheres. Along the eight-meter-high glass segments, we have installed our flexible VENUS light line to accentuate the unique building shape.

We are delighted to share the feedback of our esteemed partner, Stefan Bittner , with you: "The former E-Pod in Marina Bay (now Fullerton Pavilion with Monti Restaurant) was built in Singapore on a floating platform surrounded by water and exposed to 12 hours of direct UV radiation in tropical conditions. The LED Linear VENUS Top View IP67 was installed in 2012, and since then, there have been no failures of lighting fixtures or replacements, except for the power supplies. This is the best example of the durability of LED Linear encapsulated luminaires with polyurethane combined with high-quality LEDs and the reason why I always showcase 'older' project references. These prove the high quality of a product over time, giving planners and clients the assurance that choosing LED Linear is a reliable decision."

Stairway lighting, Rotterdam, Netherlands

Another project with comparable reliability is this staircase lighting. The building of Politie Rotterdam Rijnmond, located next to one of the busiest roads in the Rotterdam area and close to the national cultural heritage "Witte Toren," underwent extensive renovation in 2014, with a focus on sustainability and environmental friendliness.

To illuminate the stairs in this building, the high-quality VENUS luminaire was used. This flexible LED design light line was installed along the lower edge of the stairs to elegantly emphasize the curvature and trajectory of the staircase.

The result is a pleasantly homogeneous light that provides a special experience when ascending or descending the stairs.The feedback from our partner, Roel Meijer of Q-CAT Lighting , states: "Q-CAT Lighting equipped the stairs in the building with decorative LED light lines - VENUS Side View W827 IP67 - highlighting the contours of the spiral staircase. To this day, the consistency and uniformity of the light are perfect, and the lighting effect is as impressive as on the first day after installation. LED Linear products are distinguished by their quality and have proven their reliability for sustainable projects."
