New version of ARK ONE released

So finally we have released our new version of ARK ONE.

With the changing design trends and to keep our product to stay fresh, we have updated it with the latest trends and capabilities.? At our end, we are refreshing and updating ARK ONE with the changes below:

1. Minimalist approach – We have tried to simplify our layout, use better colors and focus on better visibility of the content.

2. Mobile-user friendly – The tool is now more mobile responsive so that clients can access it even if they are on the road and don’t have access to the mobile app. Be it a phone or a tablet, clients will have a new, improved experience accessing the tool.

3. New font – We have introduced a new font which is classier and easier to read.?

4. Easy navigation – The tool now have even better navigation and accessibility. The tracking of the services is also improved.

5. Show more, tap less - The idea is to show as much information as we can, with lesser clicks.?

Factors that led us to redesign of ARK ONE?

Some of the reasons that led us to decide to update ARK ONE are the following:

1. Feedback from the users: We take our customers seriously and value their feedback. Some of our clients shared some useful suggestions with us, which we have now incorporated.

2. Better tracking of services: In the old version, we were showing the tracking of the services after 3-4 clicks. But we have now tried to show it in a better structure so that clients are able to see it easily.?

3. Competitors redesigned their tools:? Since our competitors have also given a new face to their tools, we wouldn’t want to be left behind in the technology race! After all, we don’t want to lose our customers to them.?
