New tool addition to the TLS Continuum Tool Box

In his new book Noise, Daniel Kahneman discussed a tool called the Mediating Assessment Protocol. DBAI has developed a version of the protocol for the process improvement effort. Based on the three levels of the Norton Balanced scorecard it rtes responses on the financial, customer and organizational levels.

Following the identification of the problem statement each member of the cross-functional takes the protocol and individually completes the steps of the tool. The results are then averaged aggregately to ascertain the importance of the problem statement
