New Thinking in the Post-COVID Era

New Thinking in the Post-COVID Era

Whenever we go through crises in our private life, returning to our routine depends on our ability to adapt to the changing conditions. There is a saying that one who manages to get up and build himself, is the one who manages to reinvent himself. This means that a person with the ability and qualities to release what was before quicker, is opening themselves to new things. Of course the quicker we let go and put the hardship behind us, the sooner we'll feel better about everything.

I think today this is the big challenge for all of us. We're all still holding onto the past - to our old way of life. And that's why this process feels so hard. When I look at myself I wonder if I'll be able to adapt to a new way of thinking; relate to everything that was before in a new way; not sanctify anything from what was yesterday; but rather come without all my baggage, and be really open; sort of like a child going on a new adventure; will I be able to invent myself again? Easier said than done, right?

We are constantly evolving, constantly changing, especially in our relationships. And here is the problem, because we are constantly in imbalance and causing ourselves many problems and troubles due to our ego that is constantly evolving between us.

So to achieve a good and balanced life we'll need to learn:

a) What is the ego?

b) How do we balance it?

I'm sorry if the word "learn" is annoying for all you leaders and professionals to hear. But this thing is new, and it's the first time in human history that we have to set this process in motion. All our experience in life has been mostly on an individual basis. But from now on we'll have to understand, both mentally and practically, how to balance our egos together, and do it in a balanced way. We are all going to learn, each as much as necessary. Since this is all new, leaders will have to learn the most - that's clear.

Understanding change will allow us to define everything properly: employees, product, development, success and more, all of which are based on an understanding of one principle; what is the form of change that man and humanity go through in general, and how to optimally balance our relationships to succeed. From now on, disconnecting these two things - the success of the organization, and the general situation in the world - is a sure way to failure, and vice versa.

All previous relationships need to be completely abandoned, and only then can we effectively free ourselves to look to the future without the old constraints. We start with the existing foundation and redo all the development like learning the alphabet over again. I know this sounds unrealistic, but this is the only way to release the existing templates in us in favor of better quality templates. These are very simple conditions that anyone is able to understand. But we need to be really brave to implement them. I admit that it's not easy. But let's also keep in mind that there aren't many other choices.

Dear leader/manager - you will begin to build a connection network in your organization that all employees commit to voluntarily. This is a very important principle, because you cannot start making a change by using force. People need to understand that it will be good for them.

Then you can begin to realize these three basic principles in your organization:

>> Don't cause harm to others.

>> Make sure the other person feels good next to you.

>> Mutual compromise.

What's There to Gain From This Whole process?

Very large profits. By eliminating the hatred between us, conflicts, status symbols, and rather connect above our differences. This is precisely how we'll reach perfection, and reconciliation - by overcoming all the things pushing us apart together. Everyone gains.

And as for you dear manager, you will need to learn the integral method as part of your weekly schedule along with the whole management team. The method will spread and expand in your circles within the organization, and then also outside the organization. Everything is carried out in a precise order, a gradual process of fixed steps. There is no room for coincidence here, this is a method.??

Great advice. I lived in New York after 9/11 and there were a lot of discussions about back to normal but for me and many others, you had to find a new normal. The events that happened that day were tragic but the events on that day lead to a new adventure for me that I probably would not have found otherwise.
