New technology of the low temperature plasma sterilizer.

It is the hydrogen peroxide usage control.

Our products, the KleaN-V of med&people, adjust sterilant usage depending on the amount of instruments.

Generally, low temperature plasma sterilizers use a fixed sterilant usage.

This method has some problems.

1. If a instrument which has a bigger volume is in the chamber, sterilant is not able to apply on the all surfaces due to a lack of a fixed sterilant usage.

2. If instruments with cold temperature are in it, sterilant is not able to diffuse. Also, it applies and crumples up only on the instruments, like car window fogging up.

3. If a fixed sterilant usage is not enough, sterilant doesn't apply all of items inside the chamber.

Those problems are about sterilization.

The sterilant usage control method, we developed, is that hydrogen peroxide is supplied differently depending on the amount and temperature of the device. On this account, our products has constant sterilization effect, not like the problems of a fixed usage.
