A new take off !

Even though I don't often publish things on Linkedin, it's with great pleasure that I'm writing this message, because today is a very important one for me for 2 reasons:

• It is my last day at Orange International Carriers, after a great run as International Voice Product Manager for Corridors and Outsourcing offers with Serenity voice management.
• Monday 1st August will be my first official day at the Wholesale Line of Business (W-LOB), where I'm appointed as Benedicte David and her Board's as Chief of Staff.

Please allow me to share a few messages here, so that I can turn a page and open up this new exciting professional chapter !

Leaving @Orangeinternationalcarriers

Under the last 3 years, I had the chance of being in charge of 2 majors & strategic products: Corridors Offer and Voice Outsourcing deals.

On the Corridors front, I developped and launched this offer which was a strategic one to capture voice revenues in the Telco Wholesale Industry -?we went to a growth of + 800% (no no, it’s not an error) with our customers.

On the Outsourcing front with Serenity voice management, we developed the business from 1 to 14 deals.

Warm thanks to Jérome Barré who leads the importance of International Voice Business and always mention Corridors and Outsourcing deals in his strategic speeches (which paved the way for me).

None of that would have been possible without many people that I wanted to mention here, and unfortunately all whom I cannot mention!

Didier Pagenel, thanks a lot for being a great manager, mentor and overall nice human being. I learned so much working for you, despite our rocky start, as I lost my One & Only brother 48hrs after taking my position in your team.You will remain an inspiration to me, and I hope the best for the new Product Manager.

Frederic Freschel, thank you for your support. I appreciate getting the chance to prove my worth and reach the ambitious objectives you had given me.

Jean-Bernard Willem, thanks for handling the strategic vision of what Marketing and Products need to be in the Wholesale Business, as well as?implementing the Customer Vision in all our projects.

Emmanuel Rochas, a leader who brought Orange International Carriers to the new era of Digitalization with flexible and innovative solutions, for Orange to become the world leader in the Carrier Industry. Also recognised as CEO of the year, at the Carrier Community Awards.

Of course, working on Marketing pushes you to be the main Point of contact of many stakeholders: first Sales People who sometimes appreciate my deliverables and sometimes told me “Look, Céline It’s not gonna work”, then?helped to improve my offers for our customers ! David Rumble Caroline Varley Anne Morel Stephane Dunglas Bilal Soudki Sophie Ladouani Ashraf Badra Jayson Ho Yvonne Kee Eric Gense (and so much more great people).

Teams such as Business Analyst Jairo Bravo Velas Goran Pavlik, Operational marketing Fanny Millet Maurizio Gasperoni,?Billing Nathalie de la Cruz Veronique Mardegan, Information system Laurent Rabret Philippe Cosson (who often reminded me that I can’t reach the moon with this budget???) Legal Elodie Ek Ludivine Gauthier and of course my Marketing colleagues Cyril Fournier, Alexandra Tokatlian Joris Le Coq and my assistant Tristan Chauvin-Lemarchand.

Simply put, I really had fun and pleasure working for International Carriers.

Bénédicte David, of course. Giving me the opportunity to join the WLOB as your Chief of Staff is a great honor, as you are an inspiring Executive Vice President.

I can already see how challenging and exciting working alongside you and the WLOB Codir will be, so that we support Wholesale Business to all our Orange Affiliates partners in Europe and Africa.

Special thanks also to great so professional ladies:

Delphine Morin, my great mentor for 10 months, who told me “Céline, you are not a princess and you must stop waiting for a crown, go and get what you want!" It was an amazing epiphany!

Agnès Boussion, who gave me the opportunity to join Wenity for W&IN, a dedicated network for Diversity, Inclusion and professional Equity, to host sessions, debates and showcase my marketing skills.

Elsa Uguet, for her help over the last months who prepared me for my recent promotion on her personal time.

Also thanks to the Université d’Artois, which is for me a great occasion to give back my professional skills to students, and teach them Contemporary Economy and Marketing “in real life”.

I say that it’s always easier when you?have people around who trust your skills. It helped me be proud of what I accomplished with them, with you.
