A New Swing on The Journey Is As Important As The Destination

We're halfway through February already and I found myself taking a day to venture off, let off some steam and just exist for a bit.
I sometimes take a bus to the nearest City to either go to the gym or have a coffee (because as much as I love the village life - I will always be a City girl too! It's a 1 and a half hour trip one way.... and I love it.
It's my peace.
It puts a whole new swing on ‘the journey is as important as the destination’.
Long bus and train journeys where I can sit and watch the world go by and listen to my favourite music and be non-verbal/not experience demands. It's is a major stimming activity for me.
I will literally go somewhere just so I can go on the journey.
In the same way someone may unlock their flow state on a run or in the shower - this is one of the biggest ways I unlock my most powerful thoughts and creativity
