New Strong Business Partner for HT Hanseatische Industrie-Consult GmbH & Co. KG

Industrial auction house Surplex GmbH acquires majority shares in a leading service provider for expert valuations and industrial auctions.

HT Hanseatische Industrie-Consult Holger Haun & Tom Thomsen KG, based in Hamburg, has new owners. With effect from 2 January 2023, the shareholders have sold their shares to the industrial auction house Surplex GmbH based in Düsseldorf - as a majority shareholder - and Mr Christoph Partzsch - as a minority shareholder. Since 2 January 2023, the company has been called HT Hanseatische Industrie-Consult GmbH & Co. KG ('HT').

Ready for the Future

HT is one of the leading service providers for the valuation and realisation of mobile tangible assets and industrial assets in the insolvency business in Germany. The company has made a name for itself in the market, particularly in the field of valuation for companies of all sizes and sectors and the successful organisation of international industrial auctions. The change of ownership does not change anything for the business partners and employees. HT will continue to concentrate on its existing business with a focus on the insolvency market.

Christoph Partzsch is a new managing director

Since January 2023, the HT management has been strengthened by the 48-year-old Christoph Partzsch (Dipl.-Kfm.). Mr. Partzsch has been working successfully for industrial auction houses for 20 years and knows the business from the ground up. His professional experience includes, among other things, the management of insolvency auctions at a Hamburg industrial auction house. In recent years, he has held management positions at the internationally active industrial auction house Surplex. "I am looking forward to working together with Holger Haun and Tom Thomsen. As a team, we will continue to develop HT successfully," says Christoph Partzsch, Managing Director of HT.
