A New Start

Now I have to be the first to admit that I missed January's newsletter because I needed a break and a new start. That is the title of this newsletter which is so fitting. Again, I apologize for missing January's newsletter because we can all use some rest and I can speak for myself that preparing to write this article was very much needed. Question: Have you ever had writer's block? For example, every time you prepare to write it can be an email to your company, a recommendation letter, or this newsletter.
Secondly, our brains need time to relax and recover. I didn't do any studies about the brain and the rest, but we know that it does need plenty of rest or you will suffer from burnout (now it is not a good way to start). The lesson I have learned from resting for a month is that meditation is the best way to relax the mind, body, and soul. Also, meditation is important in the morning for a productive work day and better rest.
Lastly, a new start brings confidence, hope, strength, and faith. It puts a pep to your step, you smile bigger, you plan sooner, and friendlier. Create a healthy environment to bring a new start to your everyday life. Don't wait until the New Year for a new start. Now is a good time to get a fresh start.
Have a wonderful day!
