With less than one month to go until the CN Transforming Construction conference, taking place on?30 November at 155 Bishopsgate in London, we wanted to highlight some of the new speakers you may have missed.

  • Colin Blatchford-Brown , operational policy lead for gateways & building control, Health and Safety Executive . With over 30 years of experience in building control, Colin will be sharing the operational policy development of the Building Safety Act.
  • Tim Embley , group research & innovation director, Skanska Costain STRABAG Joint Venture . Will chair the construction productivity deep dive to help you discover practical interventions to identify where productivity improvements can be made.
  • David Hawkins, chief knowledge officer, Institute for Collaborative Workings. With over 40 years of experience in projects and procurement will be hosting the discussion on how councils and construction partners can work more effectively together as part of the joint programme with Local Government Chronicle Future Places.
  • Jon Loveday , director of ifrastructure, enterprise and growth, Infrastructure-and-Projects-Authority. Will be leading the National Infrastructure and Construction Pipeline update and insight into the Transforming Infrastructure Performance roadmap to 2030.
  • Simon Rawlinson , partner – head of strategic research and insight, Arcadis . Will join Glenigan | Powered by Hubexo , Department for Education , Muse and the Infrastructure and Projects Authority to explore the pipeline of work and the forecast for construction activity in 2022 – 2024.
  • Kari Sprostranova , health, safety and wellbeing director, Mace . Will be sharing the industry response to the competency challenge as part of the Building Safety Regulators Industry Competence committee for capacity and capability.
