New Secret In Marketing - For Estate Agents Eyes Only !

Estate Agents generally have only 3 main Marketing concerns.

  1. Want more properties to sell
  2. Want more buyers
  3. Want 'value for money' from their marketing spend

If they can crack those three with good customer service, life is perfect !

But life never seems perfect does it ? you either have too many properties and not enough buyers or too many buyers and not enough properties. One minute the market is good for sellers, the next the market is good for buyers.

But how do you attract more 'sellers' to choose YOU over any other Estate Agent in your town or area ? When to the average person all Estate Agents look and act the same, whether they be on-line or on the high street, How can anyone differentiate between them - in a 'sea of sameness' how can you pick one out ?

We know that the on-line agents unique selling point is, generally reduced cost (sometime required to pay upfront) - although anyone can be the cheapest in town - you just might not make any money !

If the seller is lucky there might be one innovative Estate Agent in their area who now offers to Video your property and put the video up onto their website - as video is the next thing to really hit hard in the property industry, no matter how hard it is being resisted. You only need to see the stats from YouTube, it is obvious that people want to see and hear, instead of just look and read, in today's world – people want to be entertained.

So you need to find a way to be 'seen as being different' to any other Estate Agent, to attract the sellers (No1), to gain the Market Appraisal and get the instruction.

We have a suggestion.

Then, you need to attract the buyers (No2) to your advertising - what can you do to make your advertising stand out as being - New, Innovative, Different & Fun ?

Not forgetting that you want value for money from your advertising.

So how do you know, how many people looked at your newspaper or magazine advert, like it and maybe went to see more details of the property on your website ? and more importantly how can you make contact with them ?

Just imagine if there was a way that you could know exactly how many people looked at your advert, you could tell which property they were interested in and you could have their email address to re-solicit them. What would that do to your business if you used that information correctly ?

You could then PROVE 'value for money' from YOUR marketing spend (No3)

What can possibly cover those 3 points ?
