New S-Band GaN MMIC PA

#WAVEPIA announces?the latest addition to its #GaN-on-SiC power amplifier (PA) family. The WPGM0204100C is a PA that operates from 2.6 to 3.8 GHz. The device has a saturated output power of 51.8 dBm, small-signal gain of 24.6 dB, power gain of 21.7 dB and PAE of 49.7 percent with all these typical values measured at 3 GHz and 40V bias voltage. The amplifier can be operated with VDD values from 40 to 48 V.?The WPGM0204100C is available in an MPKG leadless bolt-down package measuring 10 x 20 x 1.27 mm. This GaN MMIC PA targets applications in a S-band radar, electronic warfare, satellite and communication systems.
