New Rules of Career Happiness
I have seen many changes in the job market and workforce over the years. One of the most significant changes has been the shift in attitudes towards career happiness. In the past, people may have been more willing to sacrifice their personal satisfaction for a stable paycheck or job security. However, nowadays, employees are more likely to prioritize happiness and fulfillment in their careers. In this article, I will explore the new rules of career happiness as per my knowledge in the industry.
Pursue your passion:
Gone are the days when people were expected to stick to a single career path for their entire lives. Today, it is more common for individuals to have multiple careers or to switch careers altogether. If you are not passionate about your current career, consider exploring other options that align with your interests and values. This may require additional education or training, but the investment will be worth it if it leads to greater job satisfaction. Eventually that's what will be their primary Moto.
Seeking work-life balance:
Employees today are more likely to prioritize their personal lives over their jobs. Companies that recognize and support #work -life balance are more likely to #attract and retain top #talent . This means offering #flexible schedules, #remote work options, and time off to recharge them. By creating a healthy work-life balance, employees will be more #productive and motivated when they are on the job. This is my take from last 3 to 4 years of changes happened in the industry. You can scribble down yours, my ears are all yours .
