My gratitude is endless

There is a very particular thrill when you open a new hotel. With almost every property that I have taken care of the process is rather long. We take care of everything from A to Z. First we acquired the land, had architectural plans for the hotel (these probably changed a dozen times), then went through hundreds of designs of the rooms, recruited staff, did the training etc. Everything leads to that one special moment – greeting the first guest. For Rosselli the process took nearly 3 years. And the day of greeting the first guest was yesterday. 

This last moment is a culmination of all the others. It’s quite an emotional element of the journey for me. I want to thank all the people that helped in creating the brand, in dusting the last dusts and make this day a reality. Our 7th hotel, first 5 star in Valletta – my Rosselli ??
