Opportunity: Senior In-House Legal Counsel Role

As a trusted and experienced business advisor you will:

• work closely with senior leadership stakeholders at the top of the organisation and the commercial teams and represent the legal team both externally and internally
• support the leadership on the management of high-risk issues
• draft and negotiate high value technology agreements with company's clients, world's largest enterprises and household names / FTSE 50
• support projects such as IT & data licensing, data storage, software/App development, robotics, systems integration, platform infrastructure development, procurement of IT services, data security, cloud services, IoT, SaaS, PaaS, AI, and R&D projects
• advise senior business colleagues across the organisation on various ad hoc legal questions
• provide support to senior leadership on strategic legal and commercial projects
• create and provide training to business colleagues on key risk issues
• mentor and develop more junior team members

Requirements

• You are a commercial technology lawyer with 6+ PQE
• Ideally trained in a reputable firm
• In-house experience would be of value but is not required
