New Role: Senior JD Edwards Sales / Account Executive/ New-Business Manager. Full Time Permanent Role- Work From Home- anywhere within the USA.
I have an opportunity with a well respected consulting company who is looking to expand their existing JD Edwards consulting practice into the USA. The next step in this initiative is to grow the sales and new business leadership team inside the United States.
We are offering an opportunity for an experienced sales and account executive to join this well respected and fast growing Oracle business consulting practice on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will be an expert presenter, negotiator and businessperson who builds strategic partnerships and gains consensus across multiple organizational levels to maximize results. Experience selling technology products and services with focus on customer needs is required. Ideally you will have strong experience with the JD Edwards eco-system across the United States and Canada, however, focus on regionalized JDE marketplaces within the USA and Canada is just as acceptable.
This opportunity is open to candidates form any location in the USA, there is opportunity for remote working on a day to day basis, however, you should expect to travel regularly to meet with both clients and other team members. From New York to San Diego, Miami to Seattle and anywhere in-between. You need to be a US citizen or green-card holder to qualify for this role.
Skills and experience:
5+ years of B2B sales, hunting, prospecting and closing new deals
Experience selling ERP, CRM or other Enterprise Application Professional and Managed Services is required, with a strong preference to experience in the JD Edwards ecosystem within the USA
Experience selling software products is an asset
Self-starter with comfort reaching out and communicating with prospective customers
Strong background in developing and generating new pipeline and exceeding quota including a diligence to sales planning and execution
Excellent communications and listening skills to key stakeholders and C-level executives
Experience in understanding client requirements and delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Ability to work with a selling team
Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Your responsibility is dedicated to developing and pursuing sales strategies aimed towards finding net new business opportunities in your region, building a pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic and disciplined individual effort
Develop a strong understanding of our products and services and demonstrate expertise in solving customer problems with the benefits of our solutions
Discuss and demonstrate the added value and capabilities to prospects and clients

Consistently maintain accurate information of your activities, next steps, probabilities, communications and forecasting within our sales tools
Develop sales strategies for new clients, including identifying target markets and creating presentations to showcase product offerings
Conduct regular account reviews with existing clients to provide a great customer experience, keep communication open, and be prepared to offer new solutions
Identify and grow opportunities, collaborating with appropriate resources to ensure growth objectives
Prepare effective presentations and proposals
Negotiate long term agreements/contracts with customers including pricing, terms, and conditions of sale
Participate in marketing and networking events such as seminars and trade shows, and develop strong relationship with strategic partners
Proactively identify, escalate and participate in resolving clients and prospects concerns issues

Salary Package: $160 to $200 K USD (split 50/50 between salary and sales commission) This is negotiable
