ZMedia have just taken on an Event Operations Executive to join the world's largest technology media business,?based in London, reporting to the Senior Events Manager.??
This company runs a diverse mix of events for their high-quality technology audiences ranging from intimate round tables to large conferences and awards. They doubled the size of their events business in 2021 and now aim to build on that with further growth.
As an Events Operations Executive, you will help run 40-50 events per year in the region all across virtual, in-person and hybrid formats.?Some role responsibilities are supporting with the research, development, planning and execution of events, including the development of timelines, supplier management, virtual and physical live event production and post-event reporting.?You will also be managing a portion of the live roundtable events including leading operations with stakeholders, attendee management and in-action event communications
