New revenue-generating features from Hospitable!
Here are the key updates from our Town Hall on Wednesday in case you missed the webinar.
We announced updates about Agoda, our Upsells feature, new Direct functionality, Owner Statements, and more! We’ve highlighted some key updates below, but you can watch the full recording here.

The latest product updates
Booking channel updates
We’re excited to start introducing our Agoda integration as a private pilot to interested users. Fill out this form to schedule an onboarding call if you use Agoda and are interested. We also released the Booking.com Request to Book feature to all users and gave an update about our upgraded Airbnb connection, with a deadline of November 13 for those who’ve yet to migrate.
Upsells and guest portal
The anticipated Upsells feature is now in a private pilot for all Direct Premium users! If there’s availability, our AI will automatically provide guests the option to purchase an early check-in or late check-out. These upsells, along with others we plan to release, will be offered to guests within the newly designed guest portal.
Thermostats update
We’re excited to invite you to the private pilot of our thermostat integration! Starting with Honeywell and Ecobee devices, you can control the temperature, configure climate pre-sets, and assign them to reservations.?
Direct updates
Hosts on Direct Premium can now accept payment through Google Pay and Apple Pay, helping increase conversions on your site! Also, if potential guests abandon their booking, we’ll automatically send a follow-up email asking them to complete their reservation. This feature has already helped hosts recover more than $13k in lost revenue!
Owner Statements updates
Significant improvements have been made to Owner Statements allowing much more flexibility in configuring commissions, fees, and taxes. We’ve also simplified statements and invoices to make them easier to review. Explore an interactive demo of Owner Statements before upgrading to the Mogul plan.
