New research report into virtual and hybrid learning launches today!
I’m excited and proud to share with you a research report where we’ve asked learners and professionals their thoughts on virtual and hybrid training – what they find useful, what they enjoy, what makes for a better learning experience, and also about the impact on their physical and mental health of these new ways of working and learning.
I’ve collaborated with Jane Daly, combining Jane’s expertise in behavioural science and mine in live online learning and we have foreword from Learning Technologies Chair Donald H Taylor .
Our report focuses on three areas:
Our report provides practical advice on how to identify and prioritise the key factors for success, for teams and organisations, virtual and hybrid learning interventions.
This report is about continuous improvement and development and we already have our next survey open and we're planning the 2023 report.
We also have several models we’ve developed to aid understanding the information we’ve researched and helping people to focus on what to do next – for individuals, teams and the organisation as a whole.
Download the report, get involved in the survey, and let us know your key points and questions!
