New remote workshop on Structured Software Decision-Making

Did you know that our common understanding of what a decision is might be inaccurate?

Everybody should have the right toolbox for making software related decisions, yet most of us don't have any. Let's fix that.

Together we are going to explore a new model of a decision and acquire some decision-making tools: the Pro-Con-Fix List and the Strategy Table.

Through exercises, we're going to learn how to use apply these tools to improve our chances of getting the results we want.

This training is designed for anybody who works in software teams or with software teams. You don't need knowledge of Domain-Driven Design, any particular programming language or technology.
