Crafted from fine aged bronze, the pen features an enameled checkerboard over which the game can unfold thanks to the special Visconti chess pieces.
Available as both a fountain pen and a rollerball pen, Checkmate is a harmonious blend of artistry and functionality limited to only 88 pieces worldwide (echoing the traditional 8x8 chess grid).

The pen’s display box is much more than an elegant accessory—it’s also essential to the game itself. Designed to resemble a wooden chessboard, it features an innovative stand that allows the pen to rotate for a comfortable, face-to-face match.
