Lenovo released the New Realities film series in the fall, documenting how 10 amazing young women are using technology to make a difference around the world.
I was inspired reading my colleagues summary of a young woman named Kemi who has been making efforts to improve the lives of students in and around Detroit.
In Japan we also had an incredible young woman highlighted as part of this series.
Noi Tatsuzaki is a high school student and budding inventor. She is a key member of a robot engineering collective and has been self producing face shields for Japanese medical firms with her notebook and a 3D printer.
I had the pleasure of joining an online symposium with Noi at the end of last year.
Her work is both impressive and inspirational. She is driving the engineering around her school teams robot and inspiring other young women to take an early interest in science and technology.
During the symposium she spoke with a poise and grace of someone well beyond her years.
I am grateful to work for a company that allows us to support the endeavours of young people who are looking to make a better future for us all.
